​​​Important Information:

• Invoices will be sent via email 2–3 weeks before the start of the term. Full payment is required prior to the first class to secure your child’s place.

• Bank account details for online payment can be found on your invoice. Please ensure you include the invoice number and the student’s name when making payment.

• A late fee of 10% will automatically apply from Week 3 if payment has not been received.

• Refunds are not available unless your child is unable to attend more than half the term due to a medical condition and provides a valid medical certificate.

• Class credit will only be issued if a class is cancelled by the teacher and a make-up session is not offered.

• Merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, shorts, and flares) must be paid in full before being taken home.

• Enrol in three classes and receive 10% off the third class.

• If fees remain unpaid by Week 5, the student will not be permitted to attend any further classes until payment is made.

 

Class Prices:

Enrollment Fee $15 (one off payment per year when enrolling, added to first term fee)

• 30 mins: → Term Total: $115

• 45 mins: → Term Total: $175

• 1 hour: → Term Total: $200

Trial Classes:

*Term 1-3, Trial classes run only week 1 of the school terms depending of availability, and the last week of term 4 please enroll to confirm a trial, sorry no walk ins.

-Classes run throughout the full school term, and there are no classes in the school holidays, including toddler classes.

Important Notice to Parents

When you pay for the term at Dance QT, you are agreeing to the following:

Dance QT is responsible for your child only during their scheduled class time.
For example, if a class starts at 3:30 PM and ends at 4:15 PM, our responsibility begins at 3:30 PM and ends at 4:15 PM.

Before and after class, it is the parent or caregiver’s responsibility to ensure the safety and supervision of their child.

TEACHERS:

*At Dance QT we like to make sure every student gets the most out of our classes so we have four fabulous teachers Brooklyn, Mikaela, Lila, Luna and Jessica who help out for our younger larger classes. All teachers have over 10 years of experience in dance and 2-6 years in teaching/assistant teaching and are dedicated to making sure our younger students have a great time while learning dance.

*Students should wait in the foyer outside the dance studio before class begins. If a student is under 14 years old, they must be supervised by a parent. The studio will open promptly at the scheduled class time, at which point students may enter. For the first class of the day, please wait outside the studio until the teacher is ready, but no earlier than 5 minutes before the start of class.

For Parents and Caregivers:
If your child is under the age of 5, we kindly ask that you remain in or near Te Atamira while their class is in session.

Please note that Dance QT is only responsibility for students during their scheduled class times. Supervision outside of class hours is the responsibility of parents or guardians.

Additionally, Dance QT is not liable for any injuries that may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
